Insights into the experiences of our apprentices!

More than 100 days have passed since our talented apprentices started their journey at Inovan. We asked three of our dedicated young talents from different departments and job roles to give us an insight into their experiences so far. Here are their impressions:

- Individual training, top communication and our trainer is always approachable. I hope the positive dynamic remains, as well as the first-class support from the trainer.
- The start of my career was better than I imagined. Great working conditions, good atmosphere, respectful interaction with each other in the team. I hope that I will be taken on after my training.
- A great working culture, helpful team. I hope that the support will continue throughout my apprenticeship and the communication with my trainer will remain positive.
