The increasing functional requirements, as well as the reduction of many components and their integration into a single assembly group, lead to the design of sophisticated plastic-metal components.
Working with a wide range of thermoplastics we realize these metal-plastic composite parts using processes like stamping, molding, assembling and testing as a one-stop solution.
Here we offer both the production of components as reel-to-reel process, as well as a whole assembly group packed in trays.
Among other things our products are used in mechanical components for control units, in plug-in connectors, in components for electric steering, in components for xenon lighting and in components for distance sensors.
We process all common reinforced and unreinforced engineering plastics as well as high-performance plastics.

Connectors
Inovan develops and manufactures innovative and economical solutions for connectors in various fields of application, such as automotive, communications, household appliances, electrical engineering and electrics.
The common development with our team allows us to develop the optimal solution tailored to your needs. In addition to automatic visual inspection, our production processes also include integrated assembly units.
Among other things our products are used in mechanical components for control units, in plug-in connectors, in components for electric steering, in components for xenon lighting and in components for distance sensors.
Our product range contains:
- Connector, single-row or multi-row, straight or 90° offset
- Through connection with or without PCB retainer mechanism, SMT and press fit , signal and power pins
- Pin header interfaces with through connection and press fit, signal and power pins

- Customer specific products for electro mechanic applications using complex lead frames.
Component assembly
With modern assembly devices and a large number of techniques, we realize complex assembly groups for applications in which injection molding is not possible.
The result is a functional assembly group, which is characterized by tight tolerances and a high quality.
The combination of snap domes, over molded lead frames, connector cables and further actuating elements, generates for example switches. The assembly process also allows the manufacturing of rotary switches with different switching possibilities and corresponding plug-in connections.
